Overview
Nova Stashy is a native iOS client for a self-hosted Stash media server. This policy describes what data the app handles and how it is used.
Nova Stashy collects no personal data, sends nothing to third parties, and includes no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Data We Do Not Collect
- No account registration or Nova Stashy sign-in
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No crash reporting sent to a third-party service
- No advertising identifiers
- No location data
- No contacts, photos, or microphone access
Data Stored on Your Device
Nova Stashy stores the following data locally on your device:
- Server address and API key are stored in Apple Keychain and protected by the device lock.
- Thumbnail image cache is held temporarily by the app to display your library. Cached images are cleared when the app refreshes or saved server data is removed.
Network Connections
Nova Stashy connects only to the Stash server address you enter. Media, metadata, thumbnails, and library data come from your configured server and are not forwarded to any Nova Stashy service.
Your Server and Its Content
Nova Stashy does not host, provide, distribute, or inspect the content on your server. You are responsible for your server, its content, and compliance with applicable laws.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Material changes may also be noted in app release notes.
